For many, many years, generations have preserved this diamond in the rough. Situated on more than 250 hectares, with lush, centuries-old trees, panoramic views of greenery and nature, close to the village of Establiments. The Serra de Tramuntana mountain range, a UNESCO World Heritage Site since 2011, is right on the doorstep. The history of the estate began in 1232, when the Barony of this estate was founded. For hundreds of years its fields served as a source of income, with crops of carob, orange and wine trees, as well as olive trees from which they extracted oil from their own olive press.
They also traded in livestock, such as sheep. The path leading to the main house is lined with majestic calypso trees, which reach 36 m in height, culminating in the central patio (clastra) that surrounds the mansion, as well as the oil press, the master's house and overlooks a large part of their land. The estate has approximately 7.991 m2 of constructed area. The mansion dates back to 1698, built in stone and sandstone. It has 4 floors with 2.838 m2, distributed in living rooms, kitchens, 15 bedrooms, some with en suite bathrooms, in total 7 bathrooms, as well as large terraces and balconies. Each room has huge windows, from where you can enjoy privileged views of the countryside, the mountains, the city of Palma and even the sea! Surrounded by a splendid garden, there is a beautiful chapel which used to serve all the nearby counties and was used until a few years ago for family events. Now, with the desire to restore the splendour of this historic property, we are making it available to people interested in taking part in the experience of shaping the future of this historic estate.
